Egypt International, tre medaglie per gli azzurri

Tre medaglie tutte di diverso metallo è questo il bottino azzurro all'Egypt International. I tre podi sono arrivati in altrettante discipline.

 

A salire sul gradino più alto del podio sono state Martina Corsini e Judith Mair nel doppio femminile che hanno sconfitto le sudafricane Amy Ackerman e Deidre Laurens Jordaan nettamente in due set (21-5; 21-13).

 

L'argento è arrivato sempre con Judith Mair che nel singolare femminile è stata stoppata solo in finale dall'ungherese Daniella Gonda, vincente in due parziali lottati (21-14; 22-20).

 

Il bronzo è targato infine Giovanni Greco e David Salutt, con gli azzurri che sono stati fermati nella giornata di ieri in semifinale nel doppio maschile dai thailandesi Pharanyu Kaosamaang e Worrapol Thongsa-Nga, vittoriosi in due set (21-19; 21-11).
