Comunicazione: Modifiche Norme Sportive Antidoping

Dal 1° luglio sono entrate in vigore le nuove Norme Sportive Antidoping - NSA  deliberate dalla Giunta Nazionale CONI lo scorso 11 giugno 2013. La modifica sostanziale apportata al quadro normativo riguarda le attribuzioni in via esclusiva al Tribunale Nazionale Antidoping (TNA) del procedimento disciplinare in materia di doping, sino ad oggi gestita anche dalla giustizia federale limitatamente a determinate fattispecie (controlli disposti dalla commissione ministeriale ex legge 362/2000).
